Meet Dee
Dedicated Mentor, Life Coach
My name is Damion Draper, a dedicated mentor, life coach, and advocate for youth, adults, and families across Texas. Raised in a low-income neighborhood in Lubbock alongside my four younger siblings, I experienced adversity at an early age. At just nine months old, I lost my father to street violence, growing up firsthand with the challenges and emotional impact of life without a father figure. Years later, on my very first day of college, I suffered another life-changing loss when my mother lost her battle with cancer.
Those experiences became the foundation for my purpose. Instead of allowing hardship to define me, I chose to use my story to uplift, mentor, and inspire others facing difficult circumstances. Through my work in life coaching, mentoring, and community outreach, I have dedicated my life to helping youth and young adults develop resilience, confidence, emotional awareness, and life skills that create lasting change.
Over the years, I have worked closely with students and families through partnerships with juvenile justice centers, schools, mentoring initiatives, and community-based programs. I am also contracted through the Better Life LBK Program, where I help provide guidance, mentorship, and social-emotional support to youth and families within the community.
My passion is creating safe spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow beyond their environment and circumstances. I specialize in social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, life enrichment, and motivational coaching for at-risk youth and young adults.
As the founder of Rejuvenated Life Coaching, my mission is simple: to help people heal, grow, and discover the best version of themselves while creating opportunities for a brighter future.
